Parker Gallant Article on Dalton McGuinty's Failed Energy Policies

There's a good Parker Gallant article about the true costs of Dalton McGuinty's green energy policies for Ontario. Basically green power such as wind is bought at a high price and then exported to the US for a much lower price and the amount per year this costs Ontarians is ridiculous. Definitely worth a read.
